Review Impressions — How many times the review widget was viewed by shoppers on product pages.
Review Clicks — How many times shoppers clicked into an individual review or expanded review content.
Helpful Votes — The number of times shoppers marked a review as "helpful" — a strong engagement signal.
Review Submissions — How many new reviews were submitted during the selected period.
Engagement Details
Clicking into an engagement metric will show you a detailed breakdown — for example, which products are receiving the most review views, or which pages have the highest engagement rates.
Improving Engagement
- Display star ratings in product listing pages — shoppers are more likely to click through to products with ratings visible.
- Enable the Q&A widget to give shoppers another engagement pathway.
- Feature photo and video reviews — visual reviews have significantly higher engagement than text-only reviews.
