Revenue Generation
The Revenue analytics page shows how reviews influence your store's sales performance. Revere tracks orders placed by customers who interacted with review content and attributes revenue accordingly.
Key Metrics
Revere Impact
The total revenue from orders where a customer viewed or interacted with Revere review content before purchasing. This is the headline metric for your reviews ROI.
Order Influence
The number and value of orders where review content was a factor in the purchase decision — measured by customer interaction with the review widget during their session.
Product Influence
Which specific products are benefiting most from review-driven purchases. Use this to identify your "review champions" — products whose ratings actively drive sales.
Items Per Order
Average number of items per order for review-influenced purchases versus non-influenced purchases. A higher average suggests reviews are helping customers discover more products.
Average Order Size (AOS)
The average order value for review-influenced purchases. Comparing this to your store's overall AOS shows whether review readers tend to spend more.
Revenue Influence
The percentage of total store revenue that can be attributed to Revere review interactions. This helps justify your reviews program investment.
Revenue By Channel
The Revenue By Channel chart on the right side of the page shows how review-driven revenue is distributed across your sales channels over time. This is useful if you sell through multiple platforms (e.g., your own store plus a marketplace integration).
Use the date range selector to zoom into specific time periods — for example, to measure the impact of a review collection campaign.
Tips for Improving Revenue Impact
- Place the review widget in a prominent location on product pages — above the fold where possible.
- Actively solicit reviews via post-purchase emails to increase review volume on your best-selling products.
- Feature your highest-quality reviews to ensure shoppers see the most persuasive content first.
- Monitor low-rated products and use that feedback to improve quality — raising star ratings increases conversion rates.
