Clicking on a product opens the detailed view, showing its full review history, average rating, sentiment breakdown, and top themes mentioned in reviews.

Using Product Insights

  • Identify low-rated products — Products with consistently low ratings may have quality issues, misleading descriptions, or sizing problems that can be corrected.
  • Find your best products — Highly-rated products with many reviews are your social proof champions. Consider featuring them prominently in marketing.
  • Spot review gaps — Products with few or no reviews are missing opportunities. Set up post-purchase email campaigns targeting buyers of these items.
  • Monitor trending issues — If a product's average rating drops suddenly, investigate the recent reviews for quality or shipping issues.
